Artist Statement:
I enjoy experimenting with the camera and showing my playful personality in my work. I photograph in color as well as color infrared, using 35 mm digital and traditional cameras. My photography explores the unseen through long exposures, and moving the camera as though it were a paintbrush. I also utilize translucent objects to create distortions. Evoking wonder and amusement from the viewer is my intent. When photographing I am at play; I let go of all preconceived notions and let my subject evolve.
